Starplast's Depur Star wastewater treatment system, designed for T4 (soil) discharge, has a total volume of 8000 liters and 15 A.E. It consists of: a 4000-liter Imhoff tank, an active sludge depurator with a sedimentation cone, Thomson profile, and foam barrier, complete with diffusers and membrane blower; an air-lift system for sludge recirculation with a dedicated membrane blower; and an electrical control panel for timed operation of two single-phase utilities. The DEPURSTAR plant, made of polyethylene, is Starplast's 'DST' type, featuring distinct cylindrical monolithic structures with reinforced ribs for mechanical stability and reinforced caps. The two-block depurator represents primary sedimentation in an Imhoff tank, liquid waste oxidation with active sludge moved by fine air bubbles from a membrane compressor or lateral channel blower, and secondary sedimentation with an air-lift system for compressor-driven recirculation. It also includes an electrical control panel with a functioning timer for electromechanical equipment control. The top generator of the tank will have adequate access holes of at least 200 mm with bayonet closure caps. The plant, designed according to UNI EN 12566-1/3 standards, is suitable for complete treatment of residential or similar waste, and is suitable for soil discharge. The DSTCS4000T4 model has dimensions: Lu 440, La 195, H 160, volume Lt 8000, and potential A.E 15.
